About Ready Systems
What does Ready Systems do?
We're a UK bespoke software studio. We design and build custom software for SMEs - customer portals, internal operational systems, compliance and record-keeping tools, industry platforms and functional websites - built around how your business actually works.
How is Ready Systems different from a web agency?
Agencies mostly build brochure websites. We build working software, and we've launched four of our own commercial SaaS products, so you get product and commercial thinking alongside the engineering.
How much does a project cost?
Most engagements start with a £500-£2,000 discovery sprint, then projects typically run £3,000-£30,000+ depending on complexity. Optional support is £99-£499/month. See the pricing page.
What is the discovery sprint?
A short, fixed-price first step where we map your process and produce a costed delivery plan you own - whether or not you go on to build with us. It removes the risk of committing to a big build on a vague brief.
How long does a build take?
A focused first tool is often a few weeks from discovery to launch; larger platforms take longer. You'll get a clear timeline at the end of discovery.
Do you only build compliance software?
No - compliance and record-keeping is a specialism (it's what our own products do), but we also build portals, operational systems, industry platforms and functional websites across many sectors.
Will I own the software?
Yes. You own your software. The support retainer is optional, and you're free to host elsewhere.
Where is data hosted?
On a serverless stack in UK/EU data centres, with GDPR-aware handling - important for regulated industries and any business handling personal data.
Can you build my SaaS product idea?
Yes. We've taken four of our own ideas from concept to paying customers and can do the same for yours - build, launch and commercial guidance included.
