What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you provide - your name, email, business name, sector, budget indication and message. We use them solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential project.

Lawful basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you initiated) and, where relevant, to take steps prior to entering a contract.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use reputable processors (for example, email delivery) under appropriate agreements, and host data in the UK/EU.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing. Email us to exercise any of these rights.
